The first Transnational Project Meeting in France (La Garde)
Representatives from all partner schools gathered for a meeting to develop the general approach in achievement of the goals of the project, to discuss and to choose dates of project meetings, to discuss the final product and a contribution of each partner in its creation.
All participants of this meeting were greeted by the mayor of La Garde to emphasize the importance of the international projects in the modern world. The meeting with initiative group of pupils and teachers of the coordinating school also took place. They expressed the opinion how to achieve the goals of the project and monitoring of the project. The meeting was necessary and useful.

 Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils - meeting in France
Objectives: to create sounds, to exploit the instruments already made since the beginning of the project, to record the first sounds, the first musical pieces to create the sound bank. Activities: alternating workshops in electronic music, a workshop making instruments from bamboo, workshop creation and 3D printing of musical instruments led by professors of high school. Cultural activities: discovery of traditional and local music, meeting with a Japanese artist who produces sounds from bamboos; the visit of the Museum in Marseille (traditional music department). The sounds produced during this week were recorded in the auditorium of the Guard, thus constituting the base of the sound bank. e-Twinning was written: the pieces of music related to this 1st experience of working in common were written, the photos were posted, the created music was stored.

Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils - meeting in Lithuania
Activities: a game by Kahoot „Languages sounds“; work on the project in four groups: 2 workshops (video „Sounds of the city“ voice over; Russian, Lithuanian, French, German, Austrian songs); a sightseeing trip to Nida and Juodkrante; a debate on the topic „Can music be created out of anything?“ and demonstration debates (the Winner’s choice); Folklore Ensemble performance (folk music sounds); a game in old town with elements of the acquaintance with the city „Sounds of the city”; an excursion to the Curonian Spit (the Sea Museum and Dolphin Show: sea life sounds); presentation of workshops’ results; evaluation of the project on the eTwinning platform: a questionnaire.

 

Short-term exchanges of groups of pupils - meeting in Germany

Objective: to make music freely and creatively. We set up small musical groups that would work from different themes. The voice: discovering the voice, testing your own voice. Body expression: producing sounds with your body, your voice. These sounds complemented those already recorded in the Lycée du Coudon - electronic sounds; and in Klaipeda - sounds of the dailies, sounds of the port. Improvisation: in groups, solo. Interaction between the participants. Expected results: production of small songs and sounds that will complete the bank. Other activities: visiting the experimental music recording studio in Freiburg, visiting the museum of mechanical musical instruments in Baden Baden. Concert in Freiburg according to the programme of the moment, organization of a concert with a musical ensemble in high school for the final evening. Group life: two days in a mountain chalet; the students had to organize the life in the chalet during these two days (meals, maintenance, activities). 
 
The second Transnational Project Meeting in Austria (St. Johann im Pongau)
 
This meeting was organized to discuss the interim results of the project, the contribution of each participant to already organized activities, to exchange experience of the organization of project meetings, to coordinate dates of the last meetings, to discuss the preparation by second year of the project. At this meeting all points of the interim report had been discussed. During the meeting its participants got acquainted with the director of the Austrian school where the final meeting on the project would take place and discussed details of future meeting. It was the important conversation as at this meeting will be presented the final product of the project. The meeting was very helpful and constructive.
 
 
The third Transnational Project Meeting in France (La Garde)

The final meeting was organized in order to take the stock of the project, to assess the final product, to discuss the final report and the opportunities for further cooperation. The meeting was attended by the directors from all partner schools who discussed the integration of curricula with international projects.
The project coordinator prepared an interesting event which involved teachers of the coordinating school and all students of the French school who participated in the project. During this event the film was shown which reflected all stages of the project, the fragments of the final concert and the interviews with the participants. This meeting was an important final moment of the project and provided the opportunity for all partners to evaluate their contribution to the project and to discuss the ideas of possible future projects.
